Forensics Consulting Solutions (FCS) has affiliations with the top E-Discovery and Legal Technology societies and Councils in the industry. We also hold affiliations with many Arizona groups, such as the Arizona Technology Council. We strive to hold ourselves to the high standards of these groups. Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists

ACEDS, the member organization for e-discovery professionals, has established the field’s first and only certification exam. Qualified candidates who pass a rigorous examination will earn the right to use the Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) certification. Read more

The Arizona Technology Council is a non-profit trade association founded to connect, represent and support the state’s expanding technology industry. To promote economic growth and professional development in Arizona’s technology sector, the Council provides members networking opportunities, business support and access to educational forums.  US EU SafeHarbor

The European Commission’s Directive on Data Protection went into effect in October of 1998, and would prohibit the transfer of personal data to non-European Union nations that do not meet the European “adequacy” standard for privacy protection. While the United States and the European Union share the goal of enhancing privacy protection for their citizens, the United States takes a different approach to privacy from that taken by the European Union. The Sedona Conference exists to allow leading jurists, lawyers, experts, academics and others, at the cutting edge of issues in the area of antitrust law, complex litigation, and intellectual property rights, to come together – in conferences and mini-think tanks (Working Groups) – and engage in true dialogue, not debate, all in an effort to move the law forward in a reasoned and just way.
