We believe these statements act as a compass, to point the way to our success. Each statement—the mission statement, the vision statement and our core values statement—has its own distinct function in our strategic planning process. Our Vision tells us where we are going, our Mission tells us how we will get there, and our Core Values provide us with the tools we need to succeed.
